The stuff at the lobby and at the restaurant are so friendly and do there best to satisfy guests..The apartments are big and got everything in. The sauna and jacuzzi area are clean and well maintained. There is a good grocery shop in the parking room..

The apartment is big and very clean and offers a lot of features, including a kitchen with washing machine and dryer. The bed is big and very comfortable. This is like your own house in a hotel. The breakfast was great and they offered a lot of different food at breakfast. There is also a familymart (supermarket) in the basement of the hotel.

The beds were comfy. Rooms were clean. TV in each bedroom. Spacious & complete amenities bathroom. We were very enjoyed our stay during New Year's eve. They also decorated our rooms with baloons and many beverages compliments foe welcoming new year. Nice job Fraser.

A great place to stay even for longer. My apartment was clean and you have everything you need there to feel comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a nice pool and the gym room is also okay. The restaurant inside the building is maybe not the cheapest one but they make great and really fresh food. I would start there again in case I'm coming back to Jakarta...

I liked the variety of food served at the breakfast buffet. The bed and the room are clean and spacious. The working area is good. The toilet and the bath and bath tub are clean. A/C is working fine.

I love almost all part of it🥰 1. The room is well-decorated, spacious, and very homey. On top of the usual hotel facilities, the room is also equipped with washing machine, microwave oven, induction stove, as well as kitchenware sets. You can also borrow iron and hairdryer if you need. There is even a small section dedicated for you to wear make up and a large wardrobe to put your clothes inside. The bathroom is very comfortable to use. the shower room and the bathtub are among the largest i have ever seen. 2. The staff is generally very friendly, and will try to accomodate ur request. 3. The hotel is situated within central business district

The hotel is located in the center, near busstop, LRT, there’s big foodcourt opposite and supermarket. The staffs are nice and friendly.

Full equipment Kitchen with wash machine , A shopping center with many restaurants ,ATM and guardian shop in front of the hotel. Big swimming pool, GYMS 24 hours open ,jacuzzi, sauna, basketball. Shampoo shower gel are good products, smells good

We stayed for 3 nights in the apartment with 1 bedroom and all the needed house requirements were available, new, cleaned and the location is fantastic in the center of the city. I highly recommend to stay at Fraser Place if you have a planned trip to Jakarta.
